TERMS: We have a $300.00 minimum on first time wholesale orders.
There is a 20% restocking charge on returned or canceled orders.
PAYMENTS:
Prepay or credit card prior to shipping.
$100.00 minimum on reorders.
We can have a two to six week delivery time on orders. We will not ship partial orders unless requested.
SUGGESTION: To avoid patterning with hand-dyed yarns use 2 skeins and alternate 2 rows each. Our yarn is hand dyed so there may be more variation than some customers are used to. It is best to sell what you have in stock rather than order for customers from our color cards.
COLOR CARDS: Save your old color cards. We will take orders on any of our colors not on the current color card or on our site in lots of 12. Any combination of yarns may be included.
